I used the application last year in 2019 and I got a gift worth $ 50 and I could not get it .. And I got more than 300 points I can exchange for free subscription but unfortunately discovered summer vacation and before the start of the study a simple period cleared all my settings and demanded to download the application again and cleared all My last points, chapters and reports .. I have to pay other fees "a cheap trickAnd then you decide to create a free competitor app or a nominal price that doesn't even reach your monthly subscription price.

I'm a 15-year teacher, and I've used a fair handful of grading and classroom organization programs. While this is one of the better mobile apps, it is fairly simple, but has a few bugs. For example, it crashes often when I try to put in a new assignment to grade, and it seems odd to me that I can't put the same assignment into two classes of students. When I do this, it says "this assignment already exists in another class," and deletes my entry. Also, I'd like to be able to transfer one student from one class to another. To do this, apparently we have to transfer all grades and information by hand to the new class, and delete the student from the original class. It seems obvious to me that transferring a student with all info between classes should be a common thing for an app like this. Lastly, moving students' seating arrangements is finicky. At times, the automatic "snap to grid" feature of aligning students in rows/columns will actually prevent a student from being seated where you want to drag their icon, making arranging them frustrating. I'd just as soon remove the alignment feature and let the user eyeball it. A seating chart doesn't need to be a perfect grid!

Updated again:Renewal of subscription and NO SERVICE for 2 months now. NO REPLY to contact from customer. Very disappointing. Updated: After months of no response, an update has arrived that fixes the problems described belowーso I have updated my star rating. However, I am still really worried and have begun keeping paper records in case this disaster ever happens again. Great app but zero service when there are problems. I have never written a review, but this seems to be my only hope at getting help. I’ve contacted them and had no response for months. The app removed my paid features despite having an active subscription, so in the middle of a semester, I can’t keep accurate records. Also, the option for syncing stopped working a couple months ago, and when I contacted them, I also still haven’t gotten a reply. It always says they are out of the office until Sunday, but week after week, there is no reply, and now I am paying for an app but not getting the paid features that help me to do my job. I suspect there is a staffing shortage or something, so I hope that this review will get someone’s attention because soon I may have to switch to another form of record keeping.

I was excited to use this app, but it was honestly so frustrating. I tried to add students to a class by importing my rosters--I kept getting error messages saying the csv file wasn't formatted right, and nothing happened when I clicked the "guidelines" button in the app. I had to search for help on the FAQ section of the website, but the article was confusing and the template didn't work. After trying 5 different versions the app just began crashing after importing the csv file. So I tried logging into the website, since the app wasn't working...but my password was incorrect, so I tried to reset my password by entering my email address. I did this FIVE TIMES and nothing happened--no email, no reset, and I can't get into my account. Wasted about 45 minutes of my day.
