Love it! I’m a beginner but now I’m addicted!

Like most people these days, I was intrigued by pickle ball. However, I had never played and didn’t know where to start. I am so glad I found this app and was immediately linked with multiple coaches across my city. It’s really easy to book appointments on the app, and you can immediately see the coaches openings. They were able to get a court (a REALLY nice one in the lake) and I loved it after just one lesson. I also didn’t have equipment, which the teacher provided. I highly recommend it to people who are interested. You will not feel intimidated by the sport with your coach, and you’ll love it!

Disappointing Experience - No Notification for Auto-Renewal

I was charged for a subscription without any clear notification that it would automatically renew each month. There wasn’t even a single email alert about the upcoming charge. Additionally, since I couldn't access my account through the app, there was no way to verify what I had unknowingly agreed to.
I only realized the charge after coincidentally reviewing my bank statement. When I requested a cancellation and refund, I was informed that it was impossible. It's frustrating that no reminders were sent, and I was simply charged without notice. Expecting users to constantly remember their subscriptions is unreasonable, and it feels like this is being taken advantage of.
Definitely going to resolve with my bank for sure but would want a easier way of the company to refund me. The app’s user interface is terrible, and the overall experience is extremely disappointing.

Great lessons

Honestly really cool app. I found an awesome instructor (hi John 😂) and was able to sign up for weekly tennis lessons at a nearby park. The lessons are more affordable than any other option I found online and the app works beautifully for scheduling and coordinating. John even brought me a racket for my first few lessons until I figured out that I like tennis enough to buy one. Definitely will be using this company again and hope to see them expand into other things like music and art. My kids would love something like this.
