This year the club has obligated us to change from Team Connect to TeamNet, which I thought it would be a good idea, since TeamConnect is terrible but has some helpful features.
As a coach I m could have all the forms and cards of the players in the app at easy access for tournaments and games.
TeamNet doesn’t have that, it should be something to add.
- Please add the ability to store forms and cards in the cloud and able to access with the app
- Change display or add a feature to be able to see my full schedule as coaches, coach multiple teams not just 1. (This is the most important one)
- Add feature to sync the calendar with my iPhone calendar.
- Software poor developed as it is WAY TOO SLOW to respond to the click, when it responds. Because I have 5 teams in my account and one of the teams doesn’t open at all I can’t see the schedule, I can’t send messages.
On the other hand, your website is pretty good, functions well, a little slow to respond, but not that bad.
Very cool feature to be able to repeat schedule and set the date until when it supposed to repeat, congrats on that.
Take this in consideration as we didn’t even start the season yet, and if this persists I will easily move my teams to TeamSnap.
This app needs a lot of work. Syncing to IOS is pointless since events are sometimes not showing up on the ios calendar. Conversely, there are cancelled events that stay on the calendar. Also, the team name dies not show up on the calendar events, so coaches need to include it bc an event named “training” won’t tell me what team had training. There’s no chat feature and no way for a parent to create a message to the team unless we reply to an old coach’s message. Ugh. Please fix these glitches.
Terrible App for Parents/Players
I have used both Team Connect and Team Snap, while neither of those apps are great, but TeamNet has been one issue after another: 1) take 4-5 weeks get access to my son’s team (took several emails to TeamNet’s customer service), 2) my daughter’s team won’t load on the app. I can only access via laptop, and 3) can’t synch to my phone’s calendar (seriously?).
Significant fixes and improvements are needed.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
