I’m on board.

Great 1st version. Very basic but I’ll take simple and stable any day.
Change My Closed to All Open. That would be far more useful.
Then add ability to see tasks next, then you’ll forever change my life.

Giving in 4 stars bc it’s got a long way to go hit great start.

Moderately helpful

This app would be much better if you could actually create tickets on it. Sometimes when on the go I don’t have time to run to the nearest computer when I think of a ticket that I need to create. Having this at my fingertips would make things much easier. Just a thought. Other than that it’s pretty helpful being able to go in and modify or change status on already open tickets.

This is a great add on to the platform for those folks who are on the go a lot. Gives you quick access to those important tickets and insights you need to manage and keep your support organization moving along.
