Description
Teamup is a shared calendar and scheduler app for all group planning needs. Use it to schedule people and work, track absences and travel, plan projects, manage room and equipment reservations, publish events to your team or the world, and much more.
Teamup can be accessed from mobile apps and web browsers from anywhere in the world. A basic version is free and works well for small companies, teams, families, clubs, or for evaluation. Feature-rich enterprise versions are available for large organizations.
Important: The Teamup app is a companion app of the browser-based version. The full administration interface is available in the web browser only. If you don't have a Teamup calendar already, go to https://www.teamup.com and create your free calendar. Configure it and then invite users to connect to your calendar using the Teamup app.

Great colors!
A longtime paper calendar person, I found Teamup when searching for options for a collective group of therapists sharing rooms. Later, my own schedule became very complex, so I shifted to Teamup. It’s terrific, being able to see my 7 different jobs at a glance, plus personal appts. So far, 100% reliable and wonderful for my
iPhone and computer, with easy access. Love all the time specificity and room for extra notes.
Data Retention
I thought this calendar was perpetual. I just realized it is keeping history for only 1 year. My family needs a calendar to keep track of medical appointments history, as well as other history. It had been particularly useful for our daughter, who has traumatic brain injury memory issues. She appreciated being able to go back and look up something she had done. Plus good for aging parents also with increasing memory issues! Other than that, it has been good for multiple family members to avoid conflicts in scheduling multiple items. Paid version is too expensive for family use, and it is not a full perpetual calendar either, still lose info after a few years. Would work if could export to pdf with all notes, but don’t believe this can be done either.

I find your app to be great! I use it daily for work and in our company it is a wonderful tool to have. I can’t believe the app doesn’t have push notifications.
I schedule and run appointments for developmentally disabled individuals and my administration and management team rely on this app to keep track of outings. Since we each contribute to the calendar, and we all have it on our phones, there is no way of notifying us if there are changes (ie events added or modified) which means we’d have to continually check the app for changes. I have found signing up for email notifications is the only way I can work around all of us being able to get notified of changes.
If the app would have a push notification feature it would make it perfect!
