Great tool for business applications, not for remote gaming

I just needed to do some administrative type things on my character in Wow while in an extended hospital stay. I downloaded the app to my iPad and was able to remote in. The picture quality and sound quality were great. The lag, however, was....well...to be expected. I've used the app many times to help a non-tech savvy friend in another state get things sorted. I love the app. Don't expect to be able to play games on your pc while using TeamViewer though. Haha
Being able to help when help is needed

The ease in which TeamViewer allows me to help my family with troubleshooting their computer issues, remotely, is such an ease with their application. It took the strain off their ability to stay connected from a distance. Thank you for such a great application.
Documentation and instructions
Sam195
Documentation and instructions are totally inadequate and not specific enough. I had to scrounge around try multiple menus and instructions to get the system to work the way I wanted it to. Not very intuitive software too bad because once you get it configured correctly, it works great.
