Never works

Doesn’t update with my points. Hasn’t been able to connect to the store anymore to submit orders either—employees say it’s working on their end to accept them but this app (and their website) really lack basic functionality.

Worst mobile order app ever, no support

I have on multiple occasions not been able to login, it doesn’t recognize any password (and I’ve had them saved every time), so I click forgot password and it takes literally over a week sometimes to get the reset email. The location services doesn’t ever work but tech “support” just said uninstall and reinstall it - which then AGAIN required the whole password reset issue and I have YET to receive a reset email for that request. Absolutely ridiculous. You’d think after every other restaurant figured it out this place could.

Lost my points

I found out they transitioned to this app garbage. I usually gave my phone number to collect points. Today, they said they longer do that and that I lost my points. Seriously? I wasn’t even warned about losing my points. So disappointed. Poor customer service. Hope there are enough customers to complain about this, hopefully it will compel management to bring back our points.
