Older But Not Much Wiser ,

A Personal Touch

My question was technical in nature, and it had to do with”system haptics. I had no idea what they were or what their purpose was. Michelle told me she needed to do a little research on this and asked if I could give her a few minutes. While she did her research, I did also...checking Google, of course. We compared notes afterwards, and I think we both came to the same conclusion: we could live with “system haptics” whatever they are 🤣. I felt that Michelle went the extra mile to help me try to understand something that was a little out of the norm for both of us. I appreciate her willingness to do so especially when I voiced my concern for those living in the path of the
hurricane moving into the Carolina’s. (I have 103-year-old father that lives in Southeast Virginia very close to where Florence came ashore.) Michelle asked me to keep her prayer as she lives in the Carolinas apparently in the area where that hurricane was predicted to come sure. Michelle lent “a personal touch” in answering my request for information. 👍🏻for Michelle!

Kristen - what the best ever!!!

Kristen is the example of true customer service and Kristen holds the strength of making certain to the very end that solution is found. Through our the entire time Kristen demonstrated professionalism, and true level of expertise, patience, kindness and continual follow up. Kristen represents real Customer Service and being a FNP I can completely appreciate Kristen’s effort and no give up attitude. I’ve been with this company for a generation! Ever since I’ve been with Sprint I’ve only been given their butts to kiss. The ONLY reason I’m still a customer has NOTHING to do with them. They charge for everything, I’m probably being charged to write this review. After 20 years of paying bills with this company you’d think that when/if I needed a new or replacement phone that it wouldn’t be a problem, HA! I recently received a “refurbished” phone, from the break the phone was trash. Siri never worked, I can’t make phone calls without headphones, my calls are frequently dropped and they have waaaay too many hidden fees. The bottom line is that I can’t wait to give my loyalty to a company that understands and appreciates the people who help build it. I can tell you horror story after horror story. Bottom line is I’m venting here as a least ditch effort with hopes that the company (Sprint) that’s run by satan himself will notice. I don’t expect anything to happen as it never does.....On every level stay away from sprint!!!!!!!
