Techne Futbol 4+

Techne is amazing

I love Techne so much. I can compete with teammates doing different drills made up of dribbling skills, wall passing, and juggling. Coaches can see your progress too. You can also put in custom leaderboards with sisters, brothers, or other friend not on your team. You can see improvement within yourself, and become a way better soccer player. To keep a streak you have to complete ten minutes of training a day. One thing I would recommend is putting in a function where players can put in how long their games are and that could count towards your streak minutes. I know that people could misuse that though. But also I know you are supposed to train outside of set games an practices so understand why not to put that in. All and all the I have seen improvement in juggling and one on one moves. I love this app!!

Thanks for the great review! We actually do have an upcoming feature where you'll be able to log outside training and games, but it won't count towards your training streak minutes so for sure keep doing that extra work in the app :)

Amazing

I’m a soccer player and during quarantine this is perfect! My coach can see my progress and I have goals to meet that help me stay focused while training alone at home! The app also provides a little competition with my fellow teammates and I because we can also see each other’s progress! Overall this is a great app that is very easy to use! The voice controls on the timer allow you to put your phone on a table while you complete your tasks while not going over time on accident! I love this app and it’s design it is very sleek and modern! The sock level is a very fun way to motivate us players into practice for more hours daily! Overall great app and I am a super happy soccer player in quarantine! Well as happy as I can be that my season was pretty much cancelled. Great app easy to use nice design! Overall I feel like this app really does deserve 5 stars!

Great for parents to help kids

I am skeptical of technology in general & prefer my kid to go play in the backyard. We have this app free through his club. But after a year of learning about training, I think I’ve learned that at the young ages (my son is 13, but still in that category) the things to focus on are 1. Ball handling in order to have 1v1 skills that help them keep the ball & move it forward and 2) finishing skills .
Techne helps with number 1.
He’s been doing the World Cup challenge this summer & I like how the drills are simple, achieveable daily, and build skills. After this 30 day program we might look at some of the finishing drills.
I would recommend this. There is info available online but this puts it together in a manageable, motivating & progressive way.
