I have ordered maybe 6/7 shirts from this company and havent been disappointed. sure, i ordered 3 in february and got them in may, but even still they are my ALL time favorite shirts, and i have recieved NUMEROUS compliments on them. the support team was in contact with me through the whole process, and even made a last second shipping address change. they may take a while, but to me thats okay. builds suspense. not to mention the fantastic prices as well, and the frequent deals for orders. i even got some friends to get clithes from them too, and they actually havent run into any backorder issues. all i can say is that with the quality and look of the clothing, the backorder makes sense.

I found this company on Instagram and I won a giveaway from them ($50 gift card for free) I bought 2 shirts from them in medium and they are my favorite shirts I own. I would suggest sizing up for an oversized look(their shirts are fitted) Their prices are affordable and reasonable. Plus every Thursday is $13 t-shirts. The only negative to this company is that they don’t offer free shipping or even free shipping over a certain amount. Other than that I love this company. Oh, also the app has exclusive designs that you can’t find on their main website. The app is also very easy to use too. Thank you for creating this wonderful company and awesome shirts and clothing that is freaking gorgeous-@vilevampz 😊

Teen hearts has been my favorite T-shirt/clothing go to for a while now and I have never truly seen a company quite like them. I keep up with their instagram, and have bought many times, every order has been perfect every. fkin. time.<3 the amount love that goes into the littlest details of their T-shirt designs is so creative or spontaneously funny that I think they are overlooked as a whole. that shirt you’ve been eyeballing? forget it. buy from teen hearts. Their prints are colorful and clean, and i’m addicted. they’re totally a cult I never intended on joining, but i’m glad i’m here. i never regret my orders from em.

i ordered 4 shirts on february 4th. the order was received and money taken out of my account. nothing was ever shipped. they only responded once to my numerous emails and messages to say a shirt was backordered. i waited another month after being told that and still nothing. i requested a refund no response. i had to file a claim to eventually be refunded after almost two months of wondering and waiting with no updates no customer service no shirts. if it wasn’t for paypal and me filing a claim in time i’m sure i would NOT have ever received my money back. thanks for wasting my time teen hearts. you tried to scam me. make sure to look them up on the better business website and you’ll see i’m not alone in this experience with them. scamming is apparently a regular business practice for them.

Having ordered one shirt from these guys before without issue, I figured there would be no problem if I were to order three shirts from them. I placed the order on August 3rd and it’s September 26 and I haven’t received anything. The 10-15 days processing is a lie, as well as the fact that they’ve “just moved warehouses”. None of the shirts I ordered were on backorder OR out of stock yet here we are. If you look it up they’ve been using that excuse for YEARS. You will never receive your items from these folks (let alone a refund or updates on the order you’ll never receive!), so after you place your order go ahead and take the initiative to report them to the Federal Trade Commission as well as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.

If you look up teen hearts there’s a bunch of people saying it’s a scam so look into that before you buy anything. I only bought one thing and I got it so I can’t say anything about them not sending all the orders. The design is not attached super great like it doesn’t look or feel like something you would get at Target for example. The shirts run big and all the designs have unnecessary words. If it was just some cool designs I’d definitely like a lot more of them, but the words ruin most of the shirts for me personally. TLDR shirts and questionable quality and if you are planning to buy multiple things look at other reviews. Don’t expect the best quality.
