Teero Dental Staffing by far has been the best Temp app I’ve used in the past few years. They have a decent amount of shifts to choose from, and many are close to my home. If you’re looking to fill your schedule daily or once in a while, you will find great shifts with great pay.

I love that shifts are W-2, so taxes and coverage are handled, and the detailed office information makes it easy to know exactly what to expect before accepting a shift. I truly believe this is one of the best options for dental hygienists. It offers W-2 employment, compensation when an office cancels a shift, and pay for the full scheduled shift benefits that provide hygienists with much-needed stability and respect for their time.If dentists choose not to use a temp service that supports hygienists this way, I have to question where their priorities are. Are they truly considering the well-being of their hygienists and patients, or are they placing the business side of dentistry above the people they serve?Hygienists deserve fair treatment, job security, and respect for their time and patients deserve continuity and quality care. The dental industry should be able to support both.

I have been using this app since September 2025. Overall, it is fantastic. They are really quick to respond if you have any questions or issues and are very accommodating. The app gives a lot of information about the offices so you know exactly what you’re getting into. The only thing I wish they would add is whether or not offices use paper charts and whether their x-ray unit is a wall unit or a handheld. It would also be nice if they required each office to post a photo of the room that the sub would be working out of so we know what we’re getting into. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience with this app and always recommend it.

I have been a hygienist since 2012. Always had a full time job and subbed on my days off for extra money. Before Teero, finding offices to sub in, their hours, and negotiating pay could be difficult. Not to mention how and when you were going to get your pay. You were responsible for tracking down your pay and when. With Teero everything you need is right on the app- easy to use and very transparent. The sub rate is CLEARLY listed, no negotiating needed, all the details about the office are listed right down to the software they use. Teero also handles the pay, you get paid weekly and all in a bulk deposit from Teero even if you worked at multiple offices the week before. And best of all, they send you a W2 at the end of the year. I have always gotten answers promptly when I text my Teero rep. Overall this has taken the guess work and back and forth out of subbing. Such a huge advantage for the dental professional. I love it!

I was rlly nervous about leaving my home office to full time temp, but it worked out so well bc of Teero. There are so many shifts near me and I make way more money now with lots of flexibility! Being W-2 makes all the tax stuff so simple n easy and I’ve literally never had better customer support from any other company. You can call/text them any day and their entire team is sooo sweet and helpful!! You know everything you might wanna know about the office before walking in and every shift I’ve picked up has been amazing. Especially after trying all the other apps, I’ve realized Teero is by far the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Teero is the best Temp App available for RDHProfessionals! I love it!This is why….Teero provides W-2 work, which is a huge advantage over other Temp Apps.Teero now offers guaranteed all day pay if the office cancels within 24 hours.Teero App provides the name with pictures and location of the Dental Office.My favorite feature is the REVIEW section.I always check the reviews written by dental hygienist that completed their shift.This provides information about equipment, computers, sharp or bad instruments, staff members.Check it out you not be disappointed!As a satisfied employee I always recommend Teero to Dental Offices that are not using Teero in hopes that they will in the future. I stress again you make more money with W-2 work! Plenty of offices are now using Teero so you can find local work any day of the week. If you have any issues Teero will respond very quickly by text or phone to address them.Great Compony to work for!

This app is great not only for its interface and aesthetics, but the service and help is fantastic. They call or text back in a timely manner. They have a human touch with their wording and have always been so kind. They also have your back when an office cancels at the last minute or even same day. I love that they continue to update the app and if I only had one suggestion it would be that we hygienists could hide or block an office from showing up in our search. That’s probably it. Love Teero!

The Teero team has been very helpful and wonderful! They are very responsive to questions. They are very fair, especially if an office cancels with little time left. The pay rates for hygienists like me are very good. Great referral bonuses. I’m enjoying my experience with them and hope to be a part of their team for a very long time. Plan on temping more when I retire from full time. Don’t hesitate to join and try them!

Teero has been great to use! It has so many options and it’s so easy to pick up a shift! It explains everything clearly and gives you the option to pick the hours you are available for. Pay comes exactly when promised and you can see a record of everywhere you have been! Highly recommended!!!
