Performance and Poor Customer Service

The system goes down for updates and you are not made aware until your caregivers can not clock in or out. This app does not have some basic functionalities and work flow options that a business administrator needs. I hate that the software takes you out of functions and have you go all the way back in the system to review and update the next caregiver’s visit.
Also, unlike some other software companies, I’m not able to group message or text my caregivers if I have cases available to work. The system have names, emails and cell numbers of the caregivers already to be able to communicate with them as a group.

It works

I have to use this like everyone else, and it does what it’s supposed to do for the most part. I did the update that was supposed to fix bugs, and then after creating my next scheduled visit it crashes. Go figure! I have my location services set that it doesn’t record my exact location but the area. I always get a message that I’m not at the service location but even with the location services on I was still getting the same message. The main difference is that it stopped the issue of the app freezing up and not being able to complete the sign out process. One other thing I don’t understand is why have Face ID if I have to keep manually putting my password in. The app is something we have to use and complaining about isn’t going to change that. I understand that there are always issues but this app has way to many for someone higher up than me not to demand that it be fixed for the amount of money they pay for it’s use. It’s a good idea overall and the concept is awesome. The app is the only thing that falls short with this whole idea.

State forcing parents of disabled children to use under threat of non payment

The developer states “Tellus evv+ is designed to help you focus on what you do best- delivering care.”
That is CRAP. This app was designed for agencies and not for independent providers. So many flaws, the most inconsistent and unreliable app out there. Hours spent trying to use, schedule and bill with no customer service to help. Put in tickets and get crickets- no help. If it as easy as they say why can’t their reps help? Because it is a mess and they know it. The fact that CMS is paying for this is an embarrassment. This app and portal affect my delivery of care by the time it takes with all the issues, which is supposedly what DHHS and Tellus purportedly care about most. Not! I agree with all previous 1 star reviews. They are all spot on. This is an unbelievable burden to independent providers who already do so much for the state.
