The App Needs Work!

My employer has started utilizing Telzio as a way to decrease cost. It’s been a win for the company, but not so much for the employees =\The following are some needed updates:1. Better Reception while using AppEvery time I speak to someone on the phone through the app they report hearing an echo. I have AT&T as a carrier and when utilizing my personal phone, this is never a problem! When utilizing the speaker phone option, clients report that the echoing of their voice is much worse than when not speaking on speaker phone. Either way it’s an issue that needs to be resolved. 2. Contact List within AppBecause I am utilizing this for work, it would be nice to be able to add a contact list under the app for the numbers I will need. I don’t want to have to add business clients that I solely use for work to my personal contacts on my phone. Hope to see some updates soon!

Coming from us working from a business who uses Telzio app. I use it in my phone because I prefer the phone version more than desktop. Since the update. I can’t no longer see my own moss calls on the app. Nor if I wait to long to place the call on hold or if it’s on hold. It will make the app not clickable. If I push my side button , it will automatically hang up the calls. Which the old version did not do. Some of the new features are great. But the way the update is when it come to call logs etc doesn’t work for me nor when it automatically disconnects my calls. Or when it disconnects from my Bluetooth headphones. Not just me but other representatives here that work with me have the same or similar complaints. Please fix. I do like the company call log directory. But don’t like the function of this new version.

Telzio takes over your phone. Even on do not disturb, it will interrupt/stop a video. I now delete the app anytime an important event comes up on a weekend. If I don’t, it will override your photo app or anything you’re doing. ie my son’s high school graduation video. Lost forever. The functionality itself needs work, as well. There is a long delay when you answer a call. Many times I repeat myself and you’re not sure if they heard the first answer or if it’s in the middle of the second answer. There are also echoes and long delays in the conversation. Lastly, the transfer or merge buttons are confusing and never really work correctly.

It worked great, I could text & call clients without having to use my personal number. But the new update has messed up the call feature. I go to call & it never connects & freezes the app. Calls can go through the desktop version but not the app
