Collaboration with your teammates, clients and others to obtain and accomplish work while constantly gaining value is challenging in our new economy! Now you’ll build your own value in communities while collaborating, networking and communicating with clients and others. Build your own communities where you’ll be sharing and coordinating on with your business, client, project, social, and other types of Groups that you form.
Groups. Create a group for each team or group of folks that you want to coordinate and collaborate with, such as clients or friends and others workers or freelancers. A great example is a team that you want to work with on a given task or project. Once the group is created, members post and share information with one another on the Group Community Board. Each Group Community Board is private and this enables a user to belong to many groups, but to keep communications private within any given group.
Messenger. The Messenger section of the app provides you to message with the group chat available to each group, or by Direct Message with other individuals, groups of individuals that you define. Message delivery is very fast and responsive. You can message text, photos or PDF files and web links.
Calendar. Here you can manage your calendar, setting up events for your work and your personal life. Events are defined as Social, Work Event, Client Booking or Other. Your device (phone) calendar items will be imported in the near future to help you have your own integrated schedule where you manage all your work events, tasks and jobs to be accomplished, and personal appointments and social events.
Search. At the top of the App there is a Search field. Here you search for others on the Tempi network to connect with.
Notifications. The Notifications page is a great central location where you find the notifications of event invitations, group invitations, posts and likes and comments. Push notifications notify you when key activities occur while you’re busy elsewhere on your device.
Menu. This menu provides the place where other key functions reside, including Profile, Connections, Invite People, Payments, and Settings.
- Profile. Here you establish your background and skills for use in gaining work opportunities. Here you’ll have the ability to decide what is shared with others as a public profile while also being able to capture testimonials (from messaging) to place in your own profile from clients and co-workers.
- Connections. Here are your connections in the Tempi network. You can easily message them from here. Also you’ll find your pending invitations either sent or received.
- Invite People. This function (not yet provided) will enable users to invite others to download the Tempi app and sign up.
- Payments. Coming soon – we will provide a mobile payments capability.
- Settings. This section will provide additional settings that will enable or disable user authorizations, such as authorization to import events from your iCalendar.
