Great app for Commercial Real Estate. Would recommend
Pros: Easy to use. Like that I can access properties while traveling and even place an offer.
Cons: I had the old Ten-X app, and had to delete that one in order to use this one. That being said, this app is way better than the last one. Just somewhat of a hassle.
Groundbreaking & Useful
I love that due diligence documents are available BEFORE offers are made. All real estate transactions should begin that way to reduce risk & enhance transparency. During uncertain times, this app is a powerful tool to close fast & with confidence. This is a winner for buyers, sellers, and agents.
Great new app
Love the new discovery page. Easier than searching for properties for sure. Also liked how the property website opened up when I was near a property. Nice job.
