The average person is exposed to over 100 chemicals daily. The EU has banned 1,328 chemicals in cosmetics vs. 12 in the US. We are not protected.
Chemical exposure has been linked to rising rates of cancer, asthma, autism, ADHD, reproductive problems and other health issues, not to mention the impact on our environment, rivers & oceans, and the ozone layer.
According to the EPA, less than 1% of the 80,000 chemicals used in consumer products in the U.S. have been rigorously tested for human and environmental safety.


Solution: Tera has analyzed and scored 200K+ household cleaning, personal care and cosmetics products sold in the US at the ingredient level based on international chemical safety standards in collaboration with health and environmental toxicologists. New products are analyzed and scored everyday and added to our database.
