Simply and Quickly at the end of a game, the Coach generates a 'GAME CARD'.
The Coach enters the data and in one click, an ‘Opposition TES rating and Game Detail’ are sent to the Whole Team, which provides the all important 'CONTEXT'.
Players & Parents really ENJOY getting almost instantaneous honest feedback.

Coach then enters their own Evaluative Analysis of each individual Player performance and the Player completes a Self Eval, all done in a unique ‘DOUBLE BLIND’ environment, using the exact same Criteria. That process takes only several minutes per player. 
Importantly, ALL Evaluation results are Private (not viewable) by anyone else but the Coach and the Individual player and their parent.

Using this consistent TES Criteria, a player (and parent) can better comprehend their game performance with Communication from the Coach and Self perspective.

Transparency: Parent oversight is integrated into TES. No hidden agendas, No hidden Communications. Specifically, parents (of minors) have their own portal to view their child's data to ensure the system is a healthy and safe environment. Everything that occurs inside the App is transparent for the parent. We designed TES so parents can easily view and support.
