TES - Total Evaluation System 4+

Simply and Quickly at the end of the game, the Coach generates a 'Game Card'. The Coach enters and sends an ‘Opposition TES rating and game detail’ to their whole Team, which provides the all important 'Context'.
Then the Coach & Player enter their own Evaluative Analysis of the Player performance, in a ‘Double Blind’ environment, using the exact same Criteria.

Using this consistent Criteria, a player can better comprehend their game performance, from the Coaches perspective, and everyone (Player, Parent, Coach), can develop a clear understanding of levels and expectations.

Knowing more about a Past Performance helps identify key areas for improvement and the challenges become quantifiable providing objectivity.

Transparency: Parent oversight is integrated into TES. Specifically, parents (of minors) have their own portal to view their child's data to ensure the system is a healthy environment. Everything that transpires inside the App is transparent for the parent. We designed it so parents can easily view and support.
