Using an iPhone XS Max the app works well except for one issue. You dispense your vitamin shot, then you have to goto the bottom and click on servings, which takes you to a claim page. You claim your shot, then here is where the problem lays. There is no way to go back to the main page. The link to go back is up in the notch are of the iPhone and you can’t click it to go back, the only option is to swipe up and force close the app. Other than that, it’s great.
Great vitamins, poor app
I thought it was just me, but the dispenser will not remain connected to my home network nor will the app stay connected to the dispenser. Very frustrating. With only 8 doses remaining, the app continued to report there were ”31 remaining" doses. After deleting and reinstalling app numerous times, doing a hard reset of the dispenser, finally it reported correct doses remaining. But, then it disconnected again. Sometimes the machine gives me a dose of water only, no vitamins. ?? This is corrected by careful dusting/cleaning of the inside under the cartridge pod. I have faith that the techs will solve this. The people in support are great.
This app is so bad I’m canceling my subscription
The title says it all, the vitamins are fine. The dispenser is ok, loud and only dispenses vitamins half the time but it’s ok....the straw that broke me is this sorry excuse non functioning app, it worked fine when I first bought the system but has gotten worse every update since. I guess it’s too much to ask to have a product perform as advertised. I’m moving on to another product, don’t wast your money here it will just aggravate you, customer service was dismissive and defensive when I contacted them about this matter.
