Sistemas de refrigeración, aire acondicionado y bombas de calor:
- Prueba de fugas: Registro y análisis de la curva de caída de presión.
- Recalentamiento y subenfriamiento: Determinación automática de la temperatura de condensación y evaporación y cálculo del Recalentamiento/subenfriamiento.
- Recalentamiento objetivo: Cálculo automático del Recalentamiento objetivo
- Refrigerante automático carga por peso, por Recalentamiento, por subenfriamiento
- Medida de vacío: Visualización gráfica del progreso de la medida con indicación de inicio y valor diferencial

Nivel de calidad del aire y comfort térmico:
- Temperatura y Humedad: Cálvulo automático del punto de rocío y del bulbo húmedo

Sistema de ventilación:
- Caudal volumétrico: después de la introducción intuitiva de la sección transversal del conducto, la App calcula el caudal volumétrico de forma totalmente automática.

App can’t remember it’s installed weak Bluetooth range.

As with many other frustrated users. After using the old app successfully for years. I removed then replaced the old "testo Smart Probe App" with the new "testo Smart App". As other users stated. Once launched, It continues to ask you to install the new app. Clicking on install, takes you back to Apple apps which then gives you the option to open the app. This occurs every thine the app is opened. Also when using the 605i (even with fresh batteries). Bluetooth range averages 7-8 feet. It’s as if the refer walls are blocking the signal. Paid hundreds of dollars for the Testo kit with (1) 605i, (2) 549i. Having not used the 549i yet. I’m sure their quality… Though, did I make the wrong choice of equipment, due to poor software design. Their useless without the integration.

Hello, We apologise that you are having problems with the app. So could you please try the following: 1. Deinstall proper all the Apps, means "testo Smart Probes" and also "testo Smart". 2. Now install the "testo Smart App" freshly from the Apple App Store. Does it now work? (no messages again to install the new App)?
Could you please tell us the partnumber of your Smart Probes? The "old" Smart Probes have a lower BT range than the "new" Smart Probes. Best regards, Testo App Team

Needs work, but good.

I’d rate it a full five stars but while in refrigeration measurement you cannot record either supply, return or ambient at the same time.

If I can add this to my field report, which is honesty way nicer than the fieldpiece job link app, I’d change this to five stars.

It is however a very nice software to record real time data for customers and the graphs really do help you catch problems the naked eye normal wouldn’t see. There’s also different measurements that make this the best hvac app in the trade.

Good tools, good app with a major problem

I am an HVACR student in college and use Testo probes. Overall I love the tools themselves however as other students began to buy and use their own a major issue has arisen. The Testo app scans for probes to connect to in the background, normally if your the only one with probes this isn’t an issue. However if someone within range (ie 10’ away) is also using Testo probes, the app will also try to connect to his/her probes and their phone to your probes. As far as I know there is no way to turn this automatic scanning and connecting off.

Please Testo update the app to allow users to toggle discovery of new probes. Or at least blacklist new probes so that the app will not try to connect to 14 other peoples probes.

Hello, you are right, this is a bit of a hassle. But you can switch in the sensor list (main menu entry "Sensors") between allow connection or not. We hope this helps in the first instance.
