As always Texas Auto fails in the customer service department, they took away the online payment option over 6-7 months ago and finally offer “app” option of paying only to fail. When trying to type info you’ll fine your information to be “ghost.”
Developers need to fix this app!! Whenever you go to type in your info you cannot see what you are typing , so you have to assume you are typing in the correct info . No issues with paying through the automatic phone system
Can’t see what you’re typing to sign in...I miss the online pay option. God forbid you have to call after your car is off because most times the signal doesn’t work. There’s no after hours number either. It’s bs.
