I like that Texas Bank considers security of accounts as a prime consideration for customers. It’s saved me more than once from hackers aquiring my personal info and trying to charge to my account. So far none of those have ever gone through. Regularly changing passwords is recommended by all the online accounts I use including email (which doesnt have any money in them but a lot of personal info) so I consider that a plus also. The Folks that work at the Bank are super nice also. I e been a customer for probably close to 30 yes maybe a little longer. Thank you for your dedication to customers. James F

Love that you can keep up with your amount . Love that you can deposit checks. Yet the users name and password if a issue. It’s not something one uses everyday. So if you reset phone or charging device even it a bit of a hassle. If you seem to forget one or the other. You have to go back to the bank for help every time. Yet it’s not always possible at a time of notice. Which can put you in a real spot. Also would be a more security if one could leave close they card ,by the app in till ready to use. Or even get alert every time they use it , so if they’re card is compromised. They can act on it at time of notice by notification alert by app a time of use. Could make Texas app 5 star for real. We live in a time when people can hack your computer, phone, and bank account so it’s always a great idea to look at whatever new activities are popping up in your account! I really enjoy being able to get text messages as notices. But it is even better for me to be able to review the spending and any activity on the account!

I like being able to access the account on my phone but I do not like the fact that for some reason my phone does not autofill the password so if there is a need to sign in again, I have to go back and look it up and sign back and look it up in my saved passwords it I don’t know why it saves it but it does not auto fill it also I don’t like the fact that I have to change my password so often I would rather be able to leave it as is and if there’s a problem then change it it’s a lot of trouble to have to constantly be setting the password every few monthsa
