This application enables healthcare professionals in the state of Texas to refer patients to the official Texas Tobacco Quitline.
The Texas Tobacco Quitline is a free service to help Texans quit smoking. Read more about it here.

This application is designed for in-office or community encounters. Just fill out the referral form, and the app will send a secure referral message to the Quitline. The Quitline will then contact the patient to start the program.
