Good but annoying
The app is good. I love being able to pay bills using the app. But, it is annoying as heck that it constantly forgets and requires me to re-log in instead of using touch fingerprint biometric startup. I absolutely hate it and it happens way too often. Twice this week. Seems to be happening more and more.

Not a fan of the update
I would be able to deposit money into a loan and pay it little at a time so it didn’t make a huge dent in my paycheck. Now if I deposit anything, it doesn’t reduce anything and doesn’t account for any payments made before due date. If I pay early, it still shows a payment is due and request payment on due date. I wish they change that back. I do like the option of transferring money to other members loans it’s a nice little convenience. Don’t like how it removes my entire login information every month, I understand this probably a security measure but it’s a weak one at that if that’s the case.
easy to operate :)
i love using this app as it’s extremely simple to navigate & doesn’t have an excess of ads or promotions to clutter it. however, i’ve unfortunately been unable to use it lately ever since i upgraded to a newer phone. when i downloaded the app onto the new device, i could not log into my mobile account because the app insisted that my login information was invalid, but i’ve since tested out the validity of that by using the same user & password to log in on my old phone. for some reason the app will only allow me to log into my mobile account on my previous phone & i’m not sure how to fix this issue. i’ve uninstalled the app on the old phone & both uninstalled/reinstalled the app onto the new one but the issue still persists. please help :’(
