Not supported--waste of money
I could not install this app. It is unsupported with any video or text. Waste of money buying it.

Dear user, Thank you for your review, I'm taking notes of all of them.Can you give me more details about the problem? After you install and activate the app you can insert (text) templates into it and the templates can be used on any website - to use a template click the text field from a website, press Control + Option and select the template - that template will be inserted into the text field.Please send me an email to hello@alexdenk.eu and provide me more details and for sure we can find a solution.Regards.
Not super usable
I am used to the "Canned Replies" plugin for Chrome and wanted something similar for Safari. I purchased this and am a little disappointed because the usability is just not there. In dark mode the text is black on gray (unlike the app store screenshot) which is really hard to read. When filling variables it's so many steps, you can't just press enter, you have to click the save button and then again click the send button. It just feels clunky. Also there are no controls for adding rich text, you just have to know the keyboard shortcuts?? I'd like to know if there is a simliar app available.

Dear user,Thank you for your review, I'm taking notes of all of them.Most of the problems you described are actually easy to fix, for example, formatting the text can be done by right clicking the text and selecting any format, the Save/Send can be done in one Save & Save option click, also Control-Option-Command is the hotkey to open Forms Robot fast.You can also send me an email to hello@alexdenk.eu and I will gladly provide you with more details.Regards
