With a Textellent subscription, you have the ability to add texting to your business phone line and to use a rich texting channel to allow your customers to text you and for you communicate with your customers from any device, website, web application or CRM system. In addition, Textellent gives you have access to your business contacts, customizable message templates and a media library so you can send engaging messages. You can immediately see previous texting conversations and send a new text message to keep the conversation going leading to higher customer retention and satisfaction. The personalized texts will automatically be sent and received via your business number and can be automatically triggered by events in your back-end or CRM systems to make sure they are timely. Textellent makes it easy to add texting to your existing business number (toll-free, landline or VOIP) or get you a new dedicated number for this texting channel.
