Textorium v1.1 is the biggest update since launch — turning Textorium from a content browser into a full publishing companion. Writing statistics dashboard Press Cmd+2 to see your publishing activity at a glance. A GitHub-style heatmap shows your writing cadence over the past year. Charts track word output and publishing trends over time. Summary cards show your current streak, total posts, and recent activity. If you manage multiple sites, the dashboard aggregates across all of them. Broken link checker Press Cmd+Shift+L to scan all your posts for broken internal links and images. The checker understands Hugo, Jekyll, Eleventy, and Astro path conventions, so it resolves links the way your SSG does. Results are grouped by post with click-to-navigate. Readability metrics Enable the readability panel in preferences to see Flesch-Kincaid grade level, reading ease, sentence length, and passive voice detection — all updating live as you type. No cloud, no AI — just local text analysis. Outline navigation A collapsible table of contents panel shows your document's heading structure. Click any heading to jump to it. Updates live as you write. Dev server integration Right-click a site and choose "Start dev server" to copy the appropriate command for your SSG. For Hugo, the command includes --buildDrafts --buildFuture so you can see all your content in the browser. Posts have "Open in dev server" and "Open on live site" context menu options. Textorium now tells you when something goes wrong instead of silently failing. Errors from file indexing, saving, image drops, and git sync are surfaced as dismissible alerts. Files with unparseable frontmatter show a warning icon in the table view. We also fixed a timer leak and a main-thread block that could cause momentary hangs, and added support for more date formats in frontmatter.

Stability and performance improvements - Smoother refresh experience — Refreshing content no longer causes the table to flash empty. Existing rows stay visible while re-indexing happens in the background, and a progress indicator shows when the scan is active.- Editor stays in sync — When you refresh, the open editor automatically updates from disk (as long as you don't have unsaved edits), with a brief "Reloaded from disk" confirmation. - Faster sidebar navigation - Switching between sites and folders is now debounced and cancellable, eliminating stale sidebar renders during rapid navigation. - Reduced redundant work — Fixed duplicate indexer subscriptions that could cause repeated state updates when navigating between views. Editor field discovery now uses cached site data instead of scanning every post on each access. - Swift 6 readiness — Resolved all concurrency isolation warnings for Swift 6 compatibility. - Proper app icon sizes — Generated correctly sized icon variants for all macOS display contexts.
