Well - finally they made it
Great app guys. I will fly only Thai now instead of the budget airlines. Please make sure that the saved credit cards from ios can be automatically added. But a 500% improvement! Congratulations
Broken for days now without hot fixes
The app updated and lost all my registered future flights that I have to manually add again. After couple of days, error codes was displayed saying there’s something wrong and I couldn’t access anything for days that I was abroad. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it just for it to not let me log in with my ROP ID and never sent me the PIN when I chose to reset it. Why broke what’s already fine to use? How could this update be an improvement with how unstable it is? Do you not have any testers?
Major Problem preventing updating passenger data
Software has a major programming issue. When I try to update my information, the software will not let me update anything because mandatory fields need to be filled in or nothing will update. Title is a mandatory field and was blank on my reservation transferred from United. When I put the cursor over the data entry box, I get the circle with a slash, no changes allowed. But, the mandatory field can’t be empty. No update to any information can be made with this field empty.
