Warning - Failed Transaction

I tried to purchase tickets using this app. My experience was after 20mins of entering passport data for 4 people and credit card info the app failed to show flight information. Application response was ‘Transaction Failed’ and ‘Booking not complete’. But don’t worry they really did process your credit card and you will be charged for the tickets. You might be able to get the tickets but you have to call their customer service. Don’t bother trying to dispute the charge with the credit card company the airline will send their form letter with made up information that covers them. So disappointing.

No Flights

I can go to there website and see flights but the app says no flights available. You can’t book on the website because there credit card page times out every time. Imagine the money they lose from people trying to purchase tickets and giving up and booking with another airline.

The worst app ever!

Try to switch days more than 4days while checking ticket. It will show you have no flight at all even the the date you had checked. Unless you have to close this app and start again from beginning. Have new issues every update. I think they are making it worse not to improve it. Good job !
