They don’t issue a refund or cancel a fine!

It is a stupid system that they have. I had a mistake in one letter and they issued me a fine. I explained the mistake and asked for cancellation for the fine which should be available and simpler than this. They basically said it was my fault and i have to pay a fine for a parking i paid for!!!!! It is just not fair and stupid app! I should stick with getting a paper from the machine and never use the app

Stupid Solution

I don’t who called it “Thaki” which is supposed to be “smart” but this called “smart” app is stupidly charging more than the traditional station. Please go and learn from Dubai and how they properly manage parking. They don’t listen to customer feedback on fines issued regardless of your reasons. I sent them many messages and they totally ignored them. Very poor service.

Worst parking meter app in history

I have no idea how they think having this app is a smart idea, such a poorly developed application, can’t get one time parking reservation, even when you get the package and print the ticket doesn’t mean you’re free from getting a ticket violation. Customer service is extremely poor and rude. The entire application is a joke
