My name is Shane Ellison. I am a chemist, author, pilot, husband and father of 4. My FREE 18-Minute Workout is what my family uses to “get more for less.” I used it to win a jiu-jitsu world championship. My wife used it to win The Arnold Amateur, after having 2 kids. Fantastic Workout
Shane really knows what he is doing. I’m in the blows of menopause and the weight was going up and my energy was going down. This routine has increase my energy level which allows me to do so much more. I exercise regularly now and I’m thinking clearer. No more mindless eating, no more sitting around. Im staying busy doing things that need to be done but also enjoying the things I like to do, like hiking, dancing, walking outside and soaking up the sun. The most amazing thing is I don’t have to do this routine everyday, but I still see the results. Thanks for a quick, effective workout!
It works!
Shane, Thank you for this exercise program. It’s simple enough to do anywhere, with very little needed equipment. And hard enough to raise my heart rate and get me sweating. I’ve been doing it for four months, and my endurance has practically doubled, and my body is starting to get in shape. I’m 68 years old, and had a heart attack a year and a half back, and I’m in way better shape now. Much of that has to do with stopping sugar, and limiting my eating to your recommended sources. But, the addition of this exercise has helped a lot. Thanks again,

I read somewhere that Dr. Shane’s wife did these workouts & idk but for some reason that encouraged me. I am 8 months postpartum and it’s taken me some time to get active again because I was healing from a c-section. I rushed into working out early on and that backfired. I am confident that this workout will help me on my health journey. I Just completed the beginner workout…& it wasn’t easy lol but I’m done! It goes by so quickly & I can already tell I’ll be sore but in best way. Thanks for researching the science and for formulating this workout plan to support it!
