Really good for migraines.

The exercises are great for migraine sufferers. I've done physical therapy, dry needling, seen a neurologist, etc. for migraines, and honestly, some of these stretches are significantly better than anything I've done in physical therapy. I like that the app has it broken down into 30 days and includes both videos and stills. It would be really cool if it included some kind of timer or daily reminder, but my iPhone can do that, so it's not really an issue. Overall, big thumbs up.

I watched Michelle on you tube and on several news channels. I have ordered her DVD's but sometimes my computer just doesn't cooperate when I have limited time to exercise. This is the answer! I am recently retired from 39 years of teaching art and am a professional painter. Your exercises not only help with posture but with wrist pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and pain going down your arm into your fingers. Anyone that is on a computer, uses a mouse extensively, uses an iPad, smartphone, teaches, sits at a desk or any type of repetitive movement hand or wrist needs this app. Thank you Michelle.

10 Days in, Looking Thinner Already

Great content and I like how it only takes less than ten minutes per day but I wish there was a way to keep track of days completed.
