Has potential

As a disclaimer, I have only played the first chapter. I like the game overall, however the puzzles are somewhat hit or miss and it’s kind of weird that the guide sprinted instead of walked. The bonus suitcase puzzle was worded really weirdly and the notes on the music puzzle were wrong. When I noticed the mislabeled music notes, it ruined the immersion of the game. I feel like paying attention to those small details would increase the quality of the game.

I love it!

I had no problem playing the entire first chapter. I read a lot of people experienced problems, but fortunately I didn’t encounter any. I personally like these kind of games. You often have to solve puzzles, which a lot of people don’t seem to like, but I actually enjoyed the type of puzzles they have in this game. It makes you really think hard! The adventure is fun, I wish it was longer. But I know the first chapter is just an introduction.

The only thing I don’t like about this game is the controller. Moving your character around is a bit of a pain.

I’m still going back and forth to buy the bundle. It’s a lot of money if the rest of the chapters was as short as the first one. And I wish I could go back after finishing the chapter to take the bonus puzzles that I skipped. It doesn’t let you do that. But honestly I really want to know the rest of the story.

Hi Gia_13, thank you for playing. So glad you like the game!
Chapter 1 is only 3 days long, while chapters 2 and 3 are 11 days in total, so quite bigger. ;)

Amazing game so far!

I’d give this a 4.5 if I could due to my dad’s experience mentioned below.

Me and my dad have been playing this game because we love puzzles. So far there have been no issues; however, he has reached the end and encountered a glitch where he could go through rocks and wasn’t able to interact with anything or leave the area. He likes the game though and restarted to see if the glitch will happen again because he wants a proper ending. He also missed a lot of the daily puzzle books and newspaper puzzles. LOL

I highly recommend this for anyone who likes solving puzzles/riddles. I’m still on chapter 2, and it’s taking me a while because I’m a completion-ist where I have to find all the daily puzzle books the librarian hides, the Arbor daily newspapers, and do all the side quests!

Some of the puzzles can be tricky and some of the bonuses are easier than the main puzzles which I find funny. Some puzzles also confused with them not being really specific but I guess that’s the nature of how hard they’d be.

Overall great game! And great story so far!! Thank you :)
