A little cumbersome and innacurate BMR

As a 58 year old female cyclist, the BMR that it calculated for me was 500 calories more than what I find works. Everything is in metric, so for US folk it requires conversions on all the foods. The database is small, and I found I had to manually enter an entire days foods. Also it calculated calorie needs by FTP - so the complexity of figuring your Z2 vs Z4 rides and percentage of FTP was a bit obtuse.

I went back to MyNetDiary that integrates with Strava and Apple Health and will continue estimating fueling needs when on the bike, and do everything else after the fact.

At would be very much appreciated if you make the recipe’s in English and how to make them and the instructions in English. It is very difficult trying to translate all of it
