Very frustrating to wait for the app to load and nothing happens only a message that says “Our chefs are busy preparing for service” I have tried everything without any good results. Very Disappointing!!!

Every now and again would have to reinstall and now even after doing that cannot login or reset the pin.

The loyalty program is good, but the app service it will work once then it will tell you the chef is cooking the app and it won’t work.

If you continue to face these issues please:

1. Make sure you are on the latest build
2. Delete and re-install the latest build

We have a variety of updates coming soon of which loading times is part of to be addressed.
