The Backgammon Challenge has utilized recordings of top Backgammon tournaments to create a unique and fascinating game.

You will be able to actively participate in the strategy and tactics of games, rather than merely observing matches. Watching and noting how the experts play is undoubtedly useful, but not sufficient to make you a star player.

The concept of interacting with a recorded backgammon match is a totally new and exciting one. You'll be sharing the dice rolls of one of the players while still being able to make your own moves to find out how your play compares to that of the Pro's. The step-by-step Demo game will explain how.

The only way to become a skillful player is to practice against skilled players. And that's exactly what you will be doing when you play The Backgammon Challenge.

To help you keep track;

The in-built AI Programme: Will analyze and rank your moves ( 1= best, 2= second best , 3= third).

You can then compare how both you and the Pro played out the same board position, looking at how the Pro's apply their own strategies before having the AI demonstrate the optimal move and seeing how you match up.

Statistics: Each of your Pro matches and Rank 1 moves are scored and added to your stats, with your totals and rating given at the end of each game and summarized over a full match.

These will let you know how you perform as each player and let you keep track of your performance and game development playing at a Pro level. Can you match the Pro's at an international level.
