My family has banked with the bank of Hemet for over 50 yrs. I opened my own account there not because I needed to but because I enjoy the the small town family business feel.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s A big bank and it offers all the services every other bank do but here, the tellers have a warming vibe about them. They really do treat you like you’re the only customer. I fo most of my banking online but I do go into the branch periodically, I am always greeted with a smile, a friendly “welcome”, a positive attitude from the tellers and leave there feeling good inside.
All of the tellers are always very nice and helpful. I have never had any issues or problems.
Says it features Zelle, has no Zelle in entire app
I’m annoyed because I just went from Zelle app to my bank app and log in here and do this there and at the end of it all you guys literally don’t have a button in the app or ANYTHING about Zelle... so there’s a Zelle app but I can’t get my money from it, I have to use my bank app, which states supports Zelle on the webpage and Zelle even let me pick my bank as an option. And yet somehow there’s nothing in the app at all. And yet somehow the only way to register and receive my money... in through the app that doesn’t have the feature they say they have. SO FRUSTRATED. Please for the love of god, either stop advertising you have Zelle when it doesn’t work or even appear in the mobile app, OR FIX THE APP. PLEASE.
