In this storybook designed for younger and emerging readers, ages 3 & up, the curious little girl goes off in search for a rare blue lobster!
This storybook app contains rich ASL storytelling, original and beautiful watercolor illustrations, and a large vocabulary collection of fingerspelled and signed words. Every page contains a sentence video in ASL and English text.
The Blue Lobster is a story that introduces your child to marine life, with different animals, and colors. The emphasis is on finding a blue lobster, and young readers will be able to predict what is a blue lobster, and what is not.
This storybook app also contains bonus pages of questions - we encourage parents to use those pages to encourage reading comprehension. Most importantly, have fun! Start reading, and learning!

Useless for hearing children
I've taught my son sign language and wanted to support that with additional signs and the supporting videos of the story. But it's all in sign - no narration at all to go along with it to help him associate the signs and words. So basically it's useless for me (and the hearing audiences who also want to teach children signs).
Otherwise, the pictures look good and there's a video of a girl signing the story. For deaf children, it's probably good. But for hearing children learning sign, not so much.
