Won’t even launch login screen now.

I’ve been checking in with this app over the last year hoping it gets up and running. It used to just not let you log in, giving some info box about not working right now, but now you get about half a second of login screen before the app crashes and sends you back to your phone’s home screen.

System not available

The app is great when it actually works. Sometimes I can access the app and other times I get an Application Error message that says the system was not available. I called customer service and was told to delete the app and reinstall it. I did that and it still won’t work. I receive this error message a lot!

Settings for iPhone

I’ve tried several times to get the App to work on my iPhone 8+ without success. Today I called the bank and they said all was okay on their end, my account allowed mobile deposit and my phone was updated and new enough, to work. But I was never able to get it to work. That is; until today, sigh. This is how I got it to work: 1)turned wifi off 2) allowed access to my camera. After that, the app works perfectly. I gave three stars because no one at the bank had this information. It should be more friendly IMO.
