The app looks great and is well-made. That being said, it is a bit too noisy and distracting. I would rather my almost 4 year old not have so much animation distracting from paying attention to the story. While it looks great, I would prefer her concentrating on the story and not on animations. A still image/animation toggle would be great.Ultimately, I just want the books with a voice-over.

Another option is to download our "Dr. Seuss Treasury" app. It features a free 30 day trial and no animations, which you may feel is better for your needs. I didn’t know what to expect, how can you improve on this classic? But, Wow! This is so smart and easy to use. What I love most it is hasn’t taken away from the old fashion Dr. Seuss charm while making it as modern and relevant as any cutting edge app out there. I think I love it as much as my kids do!

The pages are alive with animation and sounds. My kids love exploring every page to see what the Cat or the silly Things will do. Completing special learning activities (spelling, rhyming, etc.) on every page helps me know my children are improving their reading skills.

What a great upgrade to the already fabulous book. The interactive capabilities, when added to this Dr. Seuss classic, make this so educational. My kids love looking for the stars and answering the questions. They are learning and don't even know it! Well done, Oceanhouse Media!

So this seems pretty cool, but is there a bug? We keep getting stuck on the 2nd page and it won't let us continue on to the next page. There are several things we can touch for vocabulary but it simply will not let us continue on to the next page.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with this series. All the classics and learning surprises at every page! LOVE IT! And my daughter loves it too.
