Adds a button to return to the default setting, and stability improvements.

The app now saves the state of your metronome (steps / tempo / sound mode). No need to re-build the same steps after opening / closing. Additionally, there is a new "reset" button to quickly revert to the default 3 steps.

Adjusted the "keep alive" mechanic to depend on playing state. Now the app only prevents the screen from sleeping while playing the metronome.
