The Kula is an online yoga community built from the heart by Nicole Wild. We are here to help you deepen your yoga practice, while also having a lot of fun along the way! We value community, and we honor the ancient roots of the practice while also acknowledging how it has evolved. We believe that this practice has the potential to help you live your whole life more fully, and more freely.
Join us in the Kula to practice yoga, meditation, breath work, philosophy + more -- with classes of all lengths and styles in our class library. We add new classes 3x per week, and frequently host challenges, live offerings, and opportunities for the community to connect.
To compliment our online offerings, we offer quarterly in-person yoga retreats and annual yoga teacher trainings throughout the world -- creating experiences that are meant to encourage you to experience the world, come into a deeper connection with yourself + practice yoga within community. Kula members get first access to register for all in-person offerings, and annual members receive members-rate to in-person events.
