I’ve been using this app for years now and haven’t had one issue with it. It’s very convenient and very user friendly.
Every single time I have to update my password(which is ridiculously often) this app screws up. Some how ‘touch log in’ gets enabled and neither my old password or the one I just had to create works! No one at the actual bank office can tell me why or how to disable to touch log in. Gets very frustrating!!!
It’s horrible! I barely even get on it and when I do it says User blocked!!! It’s been irritating that I’ve had to call you guys at least half a dozen times to ask why my account was blocked !
