The Courtship Network is a platform where people meet with intention to marry, and shape that marriage according to biblical gender roles.
It's tough out there, we know.
The modern dating world is a minefield. Trying to find some clear intentions and traditional values amongst the wasteland that hookup culture has created is exhausting.
The big apps are gamified, gimmicky dopamine sinks that want you to stay single.
We aren’t here for games. On the Courtship Network, there is no swiping, ‘matching’, extra perks that come at a price or any kind of restriction on your ability to meet others. Messages can be sent by anyone, to anyone. Just filter by your preferences and start talking.
Plus, we are 100% affiliate based.
All users must sign up through one of our affiliates. These are leaders in the online space who teach, practice and share content on traditional relationship dynamics, parenting and faith-guided living.
They have skin in this game.
Not only does this add a layer of exclusive access, but you are also supporting the whole anti-hookup movement when you join!
Ratings and Reviews
Not user friendly at all
This app needs major improvement, especially if they are charging $12/month. There are several glitches and it is very slow. The design is awful. I love the intention and concept of the app, but the app designer/owner really needs to work on it.
1) The filter is limited - there is no filter for specific genders…you just have to look through every single app user. If you’re not interested in a user, there’s no way to hide them or to organize your interests.
2) You don’t receive notifications through the app, so you never know if someone is messaging you.
3) You don’t know if someone is actually active on the app because there’s no “active 2 days ago” or way of knowing if someone is actively using the app. You’re left to wonder who is actually using the app.
4) The app allows a “download” option for people’s photos, which shouldn’t be an option on a dating app.
5) Payment method is confusing. You don’t pay for the app through the iTune’s App Store, you pay through a separate subscription through PayPal. It isn’t straightforward how to cancel a subscription.
It’s hard to articulate all of the things, but I could sit down and re-design this app in a much more user friendly way!
Issues w/ payment process
After attempting to pay, a page pops up that says “Something went wrong creating plan with PayPal; missing PROFILE STATUS.” I have reviewed my PayPal multiple times & can’t find the issues. I would love to join the app & would appreciate this little bug being fixed 😊
