The Craving Experiment asks students to forfeit a pleasurable habit for a span of time and record their craving feelings, successes, and failures across four teacher-selected dates. At the conclusion of the experiment, student complete a reflection looking back on their time participating.

Am addicted to eating apples and I feel no pleasure heen not eating them daily, thuis experiment ruined my life.

I've got issues and this has helped.
I'm pretty messed up and my teacher did this in class. I will say the teacher is boring... But the app is pretty key.
