JANKY APP
LOADS SLOW EVEN WITH WIFI KEEPS FREEZING A WASTE OF 5.99 AND I REALLY WANTED TO TUNE IN TO THE SHOWS
Unable to login
I had the same issue as everyone else. I can’t login. I think the issue is the app is really poorly engineered and everyone’s trying to use Apple Pay to buy the subscription with in the app which it fails to login after paying. I think you are supposed to pay on there website and then come back into the app and login. They didn’t integrate the Apple Pay system correctly which is why people can’t login after payment. Call Apple to get a refund and try online instead.
Terrible app!!!! Lost money
Paid for the subscription and utwint allow me to view the shows. Everytime I click on an episode it tell me to subscribe and when I click subscribe I get a message stating I'm already subscribed. Not to mention no customer service to contact for assistance.
