Several medical studies have found a strong connection between endometriosis and the consumption of certain food groups. These studies have demonstrated changes in diet can have a dramatic impact on your ability to control and manage your endometriosis. As a sufferer of endometriosis; I have found following the endometriosis diet, recommended food groups, I have been able to significantly reduced the severity of my symptoms. Together with the guidance of Naturopath, Martin Williams (ND, Medical Herbalist and Homeopath), and my background in catering and hospitality, I have come up with recipes that incorporate these food groups in the world’s first Endometriosis Diet App.
The Endometriosis Diet (TED) App, provides over 120 recipes, its updated regularly with new and exciting menu items.
If you too suffer the debilitating and crippling symptoms of endometriosis, then changing your diet maybe the very simple step, as part of an overall holistic approach, you could take to experience relief and hope. Its as easy as assessing our app and start cooking.

I have endometriosis, and the thought is overwhelming to change my eating habits. I always felt in over my head trying to find recipes. (I'd get frustrated.) So, this app makes it incredibly easy! It gives you reasons as to why you should eat it, recipes, and even a shopping list!
I mean, if you're really motivated to make a lifestyle change so you aren't in pain anymore, it's worth the $4.99, instead of a $500 doctor bill.
This app is so much more than I was looking for!
The only wish I have is that when the shopping list is made, they have it in order by produce, canned, etc.
Needs an update!!!
The menu bar doesn’t work. When you click the menu bar there is no way to get rid of it without having to close the app and reopen it. The menu stays open no matter what you click on.
Also, the app only really has recipes that are good for dinner. For an app that you have to pay for there should be way more meal options. We need breakfast options added at the very least.
Some things that you click into only have placeholder text. This is a completely unfinished app. I want my money back or an update that fixes these issues.
Not worth the high price tag.
Although the app does have some good recipes for 5.99 I expected a lot more. There are 73 recipes from categories( veggies, chicken, pork, fish and something sweet) but more than half are for veggies. The thing that throws me off the most is that the person who created the app does clarify they are not a doctor and not a nutritionist, but also a sufferer of endometriosis. I was personally hoping for the backing up of the app by a doctor or nutritionist.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
