Using an iPad Pro, I attempted to sign in several times. The screen would freeze, when entering UserID or password. On the fifth attempt, I was able to enter my credentials; however, the app said “loading” for 15 minutes and did nothing. Don’t waste your time with the app. Sign on using your web browser.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
