The Fasting Method Program was created by Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos to help individuals with weight loss and improve metabolic health through intermittent fasting. This clinically-developed program will make it easier than ever to access the community support and resources you need to succeed. You'll also be able to bring in health data from the Health app using our HealthKit API.

Better graphics and organized videos

Love the new enrichment of the graphics. Love the automatic playback of videos back to back in weekly challenge.

Not what you would or should expect

This app is impossible to navigate. They do not disclose charges for the things you sign up for. They take your credit card first for charges you will find out about later …. After you are charged and the $400 annual Membership fee is crazy since any talks you register for you are hit with yet another charge. There is no “help” or explanation option. You can keep a journal on any free app, and you can see most of these talks for free on u tube. So why $400 for nothing. The for a fee seminars are un impressive and it’s set up like a racquet - sound interesting… sign up… undisclosed automatic credit card charge to register. Want an explanation… good luck with that. Took your money … see ya sucker. The couches are awesome But good luck gettin appointments with them they this app and btw you don’t need to be a member to do so.

I love this app. I just wish the creators had let me know it existed on top of the other one so I could’ve been fully a part of the community
