Doesn’t display

Until the recent update I could use the app in horizontal mode on my tablet. Now it will not rotate with I iPad

Four times out of five, it won’t open, just circles and circles, failing to open. The only solution is to delete it, go into the App Store, find the bank and download this worthless app again. Of course, when it opens, you need to enter everything completely….user name, pw, etc. I joined First National three years ago. This stupidity has gone on all this time. I’ve called several times to complain. Each time a new version is released to fix “bugs”, I assume it’s finally being taken care of. NOPE!! Same thing each time I need to conduct some online banking….the app NEVER opens. I was told it is run by Jack Henry, the IT company. I even tried to call them. I wasn’t able to register a complaint with them (was told to go throughly my local bank branch ) but the rep did confirm that they receive constant complaints. So……fix it! Duh

Don’t work right out of the gate

I downloaded this app to make banking easier, including depositing checks. Saves me time and effort. First time I try to use it to deposit a check, it keeps telling me I already deposited that check and they can’t accept it again. That’s not true. So I put it on a different device, thinking maybe it was my phone. Nope, still same WRONG error message. I call for help and all I got was to bring the check into the bank. Well, isn’t that why I got this app, to avoid going to the bank? No help at all when you call. Don’t waste your time unless all you want is to keep tabs on what you have in your account, because from what I have found it’s no good otherwise.
