Each day of the week you get the following routine, all designed to fit into ONE hour's time, and designed after Kenzie's personal routine:

Super super great, but not for beginners
I love this app and have followed Kenzie on insta for a LONG time! I waited until I could fully commit an hour a day to workouts and finally bought it. I’ve completed one round of it and plan to continue doing it over and over, but I’ll be customizing it here and there to better fit what I need. I’ve gained a lot of fitness from the program and have loved the incorporation if yoga and fitness together.
If you have never practiced yoga before, this program probably isn’t for you. There is a lot assumed in the flows (meaning, if you haven’t done a certain pose before, you may be missing some small details,) and they move really fast, with very few moments to breathe and stabilize. If you’re an experienced yogi, that shouldn’t be a problem, but if it’s totally new to you, it could be confusing. Also, the flows are only 8-12 minutes and don’t really have a beginning, middle, and end, so I find them most effective if I incorporate them in my own flow. Which is great! And I’ve learned so much from Kenzie this way! But, when I purchased it, I thought the workouts would be complete, start to finish workouts with more complete flows. They are totally awesome, but I do have to supplement with my own yoga language.
Love the workouts, hate the app
I love this workout program! It is challenging and I learn so much everyday about different yoga poses. I just hate the app, it’s very glitchy and it has even signed me out in the middle of my workout!! So frustrating. I also tried to re-download the app after getting a new phone and I wasn’t even able to download it again until months after switching phones due to an error message saying the app “wasn’t available”?? I also got signed out of the app and couldn’t receive the email to reset my password! I ended up trying to download it and reset my password again one day months later and it just happened to work. That being said, I’m still giving the app 4 stars because I love the content and I think it’s such an awesome program!! I just get really frustrated with the app.

Update: I finished the guide, and it is my absolute favorite fitness program I have followed. I have definitely spent more money on other ebooks/guides/apps where I either didn't learn as much or got bored & never finished. I did Kenzie’s program straight through to the end, and honestly feel like it changed how I workout. It definitely turned me into a yogi. I would recommend this to anyone of any fitness level. You will learn so much & enjoy the process.
Original review: I just discovered Kenzie & this guide. The workouts are the perfect challenge for me, and I hadn’t worked out in a while. I think this is great for all levels & those new to yoga. Just need to be comfortable with modifying.
